The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration

Laura’s aunt Judy has frontotemporal degeneration, commonly referred to as FTD. It is a rare form of dementia that often affects younger people than other forms of dementia. Judy was diagnosed at age 64, but showed symptoms at least a decade before. Currently there is no cure and really no treatments available. One way Judy copes is to knit dishcloths. Laura buys them from her and sells them on Etsy. All money is donated to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
