About

Laura is a former humane society volunteer with plenty of experience giving medication, both oral and injectable. She is also pet cpr/first aid certified. She does website work from home and Chuck teaches and coaches basketball and football at the Bagley High School so someone is always home or not far away.

We have two medium-sized boys, Rommel & Monty and a small yorkiepoo named Frankie. All three are neutered and have all their shots. They get along well with other dogs, both large and small.

They are all named after WWII figures. Rommel, after Erwin Rommel; Monty, after Bernard Montgomery; and Frankie after FDRRommel came to us in 2010 from one of Chuck’s former students who was unable to keep him. Monty came from the Bagley city pound in 2013. Frankie is the most recent addition, joining the family when he was about six months old at the end of December, 2016. He came from Rescued Pets Are Wonderful. Frankie was accidentally stepped on when he was nine weeks old. He has regained much of the use of his back legs, but will always need his cart from k9carts.com. Frankie has received laser treatment and hydrotherapy at Bemidji Vet Hospital. He has his own Facebook page.

We just love dogs and enjoy meeting and caring for them. We have crates, couches and a large king sized bed, whichever works for your furry ones at night. Our house is on three lots with a fences in backyard and porches that provide an extra level of safety. Inside we have plenty of couches and dog beds. Outside we have a large deck that is great for sunning. In the summer, there is outdoor furniture to lounge on. In the winter, we plow a maze through the snow.
